Here you will learn:
How to book a Royal Mail shift
You can find Royal Mail shifts in the Ryde app by opening the Find Jobs tab at the bottom of the navigation bar.
This will show you all the available shifts in your area.
Once you have found a job on the app, simply click book shift and it will be stored in the My Booked Jobs tab.
Confirming and checking in
You will be asked to confirm an upcoming Royal Mail shift, 2 days before it starts. This lets us know you are still planning on working the shift and we don't need to offer it to anyone else. If you don't click the button at this time, the shift may be cancelled.
You will receive plenty of notifications to remind you to confirm your shift, so you can sit back and wait for us to let you know when it's time.
