There are no participating pharmacies in the remaining 17 states, Puerto Rico, or any other US territory. You can choose a participating pharmacy in any state where SafeGard is available, as long as you're able to visit it in person to receive your vaccines and medications. SafeGard is partnered with Costco in all states where SafeGard is available. The yellow fever vaccine is available at all participating Costco pharmacies in these states.
SafeGard is also partnered with Safeway, Albertsons, Vons, Acme, Shaw’s, and other affiliated supermarkets and pharmacies in some of the states where SafeGard is available.

Age requirements
