Nomad Insurance Complete: Could you suggest a doctor, clinic, or hospital I can visit?

Yes. With Nomad Insurance Complete, you can visit any licensed medical provider — public or private. There is no provider network.

You’re free to choose the doctor, clinic, or hospital that works best for you.

Please note: Holistic care is not covered under Nomad Insurance Complete.

Not sure where to go?

If you’re unsure where to start, you can request a list of providers we’ve worked with before.

This list is only a guide. You are not required to use these providers and can choose any licensed medical provider.

What you need for your medical claim

No matter which provider you choose, make sure to collect the following documents to avoid delays in processing your claim.

1) Medical reports

A doctor’s report that includes:

  • Your symptoms

  • The date your symptoms started

  • The diagnosis

  • The treatment provided

You should also collect (if applicable):

  • Lab results

  • Scans or X-rays

  • An accident report (from police, ambulance services, or a tour guide)

  • A stamped prescription for medication

2) Detailed invoices

  • Itemised invoices clearly showing what you were charged

3) Proof of payment

  • Receipts or payment confirmations showing the invoices were paid

In some cases, additional documentation may be requested depending on the situation.
