Unless you have the Dental add-on, routine dental treatment is not covered under Nomad Insurance Complete.
When Is Dental Treatment Covered?
With the base plan, dental treatment may be covered only if it is required due to an eligible accident.
Coverage is limited to:
Necessary treatment to restore or replace sound natural teeth
Teeth that were damaged or lost as a direct result of an accident
If inpatient dental treatment is required, it must be received within 180 days of the accident.

What to Include When Submitting a Dental Claim
To help the claims team review your case, submit the following:
1. Medical and accident reports
A medical report from the treating doctor, including:
Symptoms
Date of onset
Diagnosis
Treatment provided
Supporting medical documents (e.g. lab results, scans, X-rays)
An accident report (if applicable), such as from:
Police
Ambulance services
Tour guide
A stamped prescription for medication (if applicable)
2. Detailed invoices
Itemized invoices showing:
Unit costs
Total amounts paid
3. Proof of payment
Receipts confirming that payment was made
