Vandalism is covered on all Comprehensive cover levels, however our Saga Select and Saga Plus cover levels include a feature called 'Vandalism promise' which means, if you do make a claim for vandalism, this will not impact your no claims discount entitlement.
To submit a claim for vandalism, please ensure the following points are completed and you contact your dedicated claims team as soon as possible:
• The damage is reported to the police as quickly as possible;
• We are provided with a police crime reference number and details of the police station the crime was reported to;
• The policyholder pays the accidental damage excess shown in their schedule;
• The damage was not caused by another vehicle.
For Saga Standard customers, whilst a claim for vandalism will be covered, the policy holders NCD may be impacted.
