If your payment card has expired or been replaced, it's important this is updated to ensure we can continue to collect premiums when they fall due. You can now update your payment cards via your MySaga account.
Please follow the steps below to complete the process:
Visit: www.saga.co.uk/billing
Click "payments" along the top of the page
Locate the policy you wish to amend from the list
Click "view payments"
Click "view my payment details"
Click "change my payment details"
Card capture screen is then presented
Enter your card details and press continue
The following message should be displayed "Your payment details have been updated successfully"
Please note - if your policy renewal is due imminently, and we have already sent you your invitation to renew, updating your payment details will not take affect for this upcoming renewal, and you will need to chat with the team to ensure your cover in uninterrupted.
