Requesting paper documents

A how-to guide for requesting paper copies of your documents

If you would like to receive a copy of your documents by post, you can now request them via your MySaga account.

Simply sign into your account by clicking here and follow the steps below:

  1. Locate the policy you would like posting to you.

  2. Just below the policy is the option to request paper copies.

  3. Select the document you require by clicking the check box.

  4. Click "post now".
