You have a 14-day cooling-off period when you join and at each renewal in which to cancel your policy and receive a refund of your premium provided no claims have been made.

After the 14-day cooling-off period, if no claims have been made, you may cancel your policy and we will refund any premium for unused cover.

If you do make a claim in the policy year and cancel before or after the 14-day cooling-off period, we may ask you to pay for the services we have provided in connection with the policy. You may be entitled to a refund of your premium for unused cover by paying us back for any claims paid during the policy year.
