This article explains how to request credentials and setup distributor feeds

Supported distributors

Salesbuildr automatically downloads distributor pricing and availability feeds for the products that you sell. We currently have native integrations with the distributors below.

Request to download the catalog with pricing and availability.

D&H

E-mail request with your customer number to your accountmanager to obtain a username and password to download the pricefile.

Dear D&H Team,

Please provide us with SFPT credentials (username/Password) for our live inventory feed for the Salesbuildr application.

We expect a file named ITEMLIST, with columns […], as well as an additional file called CATLIST with columns ['code', 'name', 'subcategoryCode', 'subcategory']. Both files | (pipe) symbol separated and without a separate header row.

Email below will help your TD Synnex ECSupport team provide you with the proper credentials for the Inventory Feed. Please email this to ECSupport@techdata.com and copy your account manager who can keep the process moving:

Please enable the Nightly SFTP Price and Availability File service for our account number XXXXXXXXXX (replace with your TD account number)

Please provide us with SFPT credentials for our live inventory feed for the Salesbuildr application - we are expecting a zip file (we’re only picking up the most recent one) that contains a single entry, which is a tilde character separated file without column headers, each column containing the following data in order:
