This article explains how to request credentials and setup distributor feeds

Supported distributors

Salesbuildr automatically downloads distributor pricing and availability feeds for the products that you sell. We currently have native integrations with the distributors below.

Ingram Micro

Request to download the catalog with pricing and availability

  1. Request the date form: https://bg.ingrammicro.eu/pcg/request-form

  2. Fill in the data using screenshot below

  3. Send the form to web.uksupport@ingrammicro.co.uk

  4. Fill in the SFTP credentials you receive from ingram into your Salesbuildr portal

Dear EC Support Team,

Please provide us with SFPT credentials for a live inventory feed for the Salesbuildr application that displays the Price and Availability File service for our account number XXXXXXXXXX (replace with your TD account number).

  1. Email your accountmanager using the sample email below

  2. Fill in your account number in the Salesbuildr tool.
