⚠️ Disclaimer
We expect to release the HaloPSA integration before the end of May 2025.
This documentation is a work in progress and will continue to be updated as we approach the official release. Some features or steps may change based on ongoing development and feedback.
Once a quote has been accepted, you can manually create a Sales Order in your connected PSA system (e.g., Halo PSA). This is especially useful to trigger fulfillment and procurement processes.
🚀 When to use this
Use this action when:
A customer has accepted your quote (status: Approved)
You want to initiate the delivery or fulfillment process
You’re using Halo PSA and want to keep Quotes and Sales Orders in sync
🧭 Steps to create a Sales Order
Navigate to the approved quote you'd like to process.
On the right-hand panel, scroll to the Actions section.
Click Create sales order.
Optionally, add Title and internal notes or instructions
Click Submit
Salesbuildr will:
Push all quote line items to Halo PSA
Automatically link the Sales Order to the original quote and opportunity
Include the customer’s PO number if it was filled in
You can use the provided icon to open it directly from Salesbuildr.
💡 Notes
This is a manual step. Sales Orders are not automatically created upon quote acceptance.
If the quote includes supplier items, you’ll need to create a Purchase Order from within Salesbuildr. See How to create a Purchase Order.
After creation, view and manage the Sales Order in Halo for procurement, fulfillment, or invoicing.
🔄 What happens in Halo PSA?
A new Sales Order is created
Line items are copied from the quote
The order is linked back to the quote and opportunity
If applicable, a Purchase Order can now be created for supplier fulfillment
