Navigate to Admin - Configuration - Terms and Conditions. Here you can add your terms and conditions that customers need to accept when placing their first order trough Salesbuildr.

If you want to disable this functionality, navigate to Admin - Quotes - Quote settings and enable the implicit option. This was you can add the terms and conditions as an attachment to your quote and tell your customers that when they agree to the quote, they also agree to the terms and conditions.
