When creating new products in Autotask, the Autotask API requires a billing code. By default, Salesbuildr uses "taxable products".

You can change the default billing code, or choose a different billing code per product category by navigating to Admin - Autotask - Billing codes.

Be aware that Salesbuildr does not create service in Autotask, only products. This means you can ignore any categories that only contains services.

Billing codes can be linked ton General Ledger Accounts in Autotask

Use material codes for products and map the correct material code through the Category to Autotask Billing Code mapping page in the Admin. This assures that every you create in Salesbuildr will have the correct material billing code applied trough it's category, and thus the correct general ledger code.
