The Agents section in SalesCloser AI provides users a convenient way to create, edit, and manage their agents. The Agents are your virtual sales representatives who engage in conversations with potential customers.
Creating An Agent:
When creating agents, you can choose to create one from scratch or use a previously created template.
If you’re building an agent from scratch, you have the options to create it with the Prompt-Based feature or through a Custom Sequence Builder.
Depending on the type of agent you want to create (Phone, Video or Browser-Based), you need to input different basic information, such as company details and agent specifics, and upload a Knowledge Base.
Editing An Agent:
The Agent Information section enables additional settings, such as Localization, Voice & Behaviour, and Communication Options. These settings depend on whether you chose a Phone, Video or Browser-based agent.
In this section, users can also choose from different management options, such as returning to the Sequence Builder, Edit Agent, Duplicate Agent, Launch Test Call or Archive Agent.
If you'd like to Share the Call, users can share an agent call through an embed code, direct URL or a hosted form URL. For embed code and hosted forms, the customized demo form must be enabled in the agent settings, which can be configured when you edit your agent.
Overall, the Agents page in SalesCloser AI serves as a central hub for users to create, manage, and interact with their agents. It offers a range of options for starting meetings with agents and provides easy access to the Sequence Builder for conversation optimization.
