How does the SalesCloser Knowledge Base feature work?
The Knowledge Base allows your AI agents to access key information about your business and goals, ensuring they align with your company’s vision.
In your Knowledge Base section, click on "Add Knowledge Base".
Name it and click "Create Knowledge Base".
Once created, you will have three options for managing content: uploading files, extracting information from a website, and/or typing content directly into the platform.
Uploading Files
Drag and drop, or browse local files, in PDF, DOC, DOCX or TXT formats up to 25 MB. There's no limit on how many files you can upload.
Verify the file's name, and click "Upload Files" when ready.
Our servers will process the file to have it ready. This typically lasts a couple of seconds.
If you'd like to rename it, click on the pencil icon.
To verify how it looks, click here to expand and read it.
You can keep adding more content by uploading more files or using the other alternatives.
Pull from Website
To extract information from a website, copy and paste it here. You'll see a "Valid URL" message indicating we're good to go. If you see another message, look at this article to dive deeper into this topic.
Please select how often you'd like the platform to update the Knowledge Base and then click "Add Website."
Write Content
You can type directly and write content in the spot to nurture your Agent's database.
Once ready, click "Add Content".
Our servers will prepare the information, and you'll see a message clarifying that this is ready.
Edit your Knowledge Base
If you want to edit your content, click on the eye icon and you will be able to make adjustments.
Assign it to an Agent
You can assign the Knowledge Base to an Agent directly by choosing it and just clicking "Add Agent".
