AI Assistant
When creating a new Agent, you can access the AI Assistant. This feature of SalesCloser AI simplifies the creation of conversation flows. By allowing customers to input instructions that describe the desired sequence, the AI then generates a series of steps based on these instructions.
This functionality streamlines the process of building effective and coherent conversation flows and ensures that the generated sequences align closely with the customer's objectives, significantly enhancing the efficiency of setting up tailored sales interactions.

Steps: Setting Up Steps
The Sequence Builder allows users to create a conversation flow by setting up a series of steps that the AI agent will follow. Each step is crafted to seamlessly guide the conversation towards achieving the sales objectives.
Required:
Step Name: Enter the name of your step.
The Prompt: Enter instructions on how you want your agent to present the step.
Please enter the prompt as if you were talking directly to the agent. *Using words like "You" and "Your" will refer to the agent.
E.g.: Start by introducing your name. And proceed by asking the client their name.
Advanced Options:
Step Retry Limit: Users can specify the number of times an AI agent will retry a step if it cannot proceed due to unmet transition conditions. This ensures that the conversation maintains momentum even when faced with challenges.
Handoff to Expert: If you've enabled the Handoff to Expert option in your agent's setup, you can activate this setting on a specific step to receive a notification to join the call
Revisit Instructions: When the agent cannot advance, it will return to the previous step with revised instructions. This approach allows the agent to re-attempt the step with a fresh strategy, enhancing the chance of success.
Mark as Conversion: When a step with this setting is reached, the lead will be considered a conversion.
Webhook Notification: When a step is reached, SalesCloser AI can trigger a webhook notification to inform users that the specific point in the conversation flow has been achieved. This feature facilitates real-time monitoring and response.
Screen Recording: Add a screen recording of up to 30 seconds, with options to upload your video or image or record directly within SalesCloser.
Transition Conditions
Transition conditions are critical for moving the conversation forward. They set specific requirements that must be met for the agent to proceed to the next step.
