How does the SalesCloser and Twilio integration work?
To enable your agents to make and receive calls through SalesCloser, you'll need to integrate with Twilio, a trusted third-party telecom provider. Twilio acts as the "phone line" for your agents, allowing them to connect with prospects securely and reliably.
What Twilio Does
Provides Phone Numbers: Twilio offers local and international phone numbers for your agents.
Powers Call Infrastructure: It handles the technology behind each call, ensuring clear and stable connections.
Pay-As-You-Go Pricing: You only pay for what you use—calls, minutes, etc.
