You can now talk directly to the AI Assistant to build, edit, and delete components in your sequence. Want to create an entire flow just by describing what you need? Now you can. The assistant transforms your conversation into a complete sequence—faster than ever.
Start & End Nodes
We’ve added clear visual Start and End nodes so you can easily see where your conversation begins and where it wraps up for clean and clear structure.
Global Conditions – All in One View
We have replaced contingencies with global contingencies and now live right within the builder. They’re triggered after a prerequisite step and can dynamically guide the conversation based on specific conditions for outlying paths.
Edit with AI: Smarter Prompts, Better Steps
Use the new Edit with AI feature to instantly enhance any step prompt with AI-generated improvements for better results and smoother conversations.
Revision History
With Revision History, you can view, preview, and restore previous versions of your sequence. It’s peace of mind, built in.
Undo & Redo
Accidentally deleted a step or made a change you regret? Now you can easily undo or redo any action in the sequence builder.
Enhanced Test Chat
The Test Chat is now more innovative and more flexible. Start from the beginning of your sequence, retry steps, go back, and make edits right in the builder, all without leaving your chat. It’s a seamless way to iterate and improve in real time.
Optimization Based on Test Chats
After a test chat, the AI Assistant can automatically analyze the conversation and suggest optimizations to improve your sequence. With your approval, the assistant will implement the changes for you.
A few other product updates:
Sentence Filler
You can now toggle Sentence Fillers on or off. When enabled, agents will occasionally use natural speech fillers like “um” or “ah” for a more human-like tone.
New “Call Now” feature
Quickly test your agents with the new Call Now feature. Simply select a lead with your phone number, choose the agent you want to test, and you’ll receive a live call to experience the agent in action.
