If I set a follow up to send 0 days after connection, when does it send?

  • The follow up will be sent within 24 hours, after connection.


What does invitation withdrawn mean?

If a contact doesn’t accept your invitation in 3 weeks, the system automatically withdraws it. You can re-invite the same contacts after 3 more weeks.

Why is this system in place?

LinkedIn's system can flag accounts that have too many outstanding connection requests, which may increase the risk of temporary restrictions. By withdrawing old, unanswered invites, Salesflow keeps your account activity healthy and aligned with LinkedIn’s best practices, so you can focus on building real connections without worrying about unnecessary risk.


What if I don’t want to send follow ups to certain contacts?

Even if you take all the steps needed to get the best possible list of contacts, there might still be cases of people you do not want to send follow ups to.

You can manually mute contacts in your campaign at any time. If you do so, they won’t receive any further messages unless you manually unmute them.

How many invites can I send weekly?

  • Connection requests are one of the most sensitive actions on LinkedIn. It is recommended to send 60-100 invites per week, which is the typical safe range.
