Overview
Contacts that are muted will appear in your campaign with the ๐x in front of the contact picture.
Why does your contact gets muted?
Because your contact replied to you. Salesflow will mute the contact so you can manually continue the conversation
You muted the contact manually because you did not want any messages to be sent.
NOTE: contacts will receive an invitation even though they are muted.
Can I unmute the contacts?
Yes, you can! if you would like the sequence of follow-up messages to continue, you can unmute the contact or contacts by using the actions button. Learn more about the actions button here.
You can also unmute them by clicking the contact, a window will be displayed showing several options. You can also mute/unmute the contact from there.
