What actions can I take on my campaigns' contacts?

  • Mute: this action will avoid any type of messages being sent to the contact. learn more about muting action here.
    NOTE: in a new connections campaign, muted contacts will still get an invitation.

  • Unmute: this action will make the contact to again start receiving the follow-up messages. Read more about this action here.

  • Remove from campaign: Delete contacts that you don't want to be a part of your campaign list.

  • Re-invite: re-send the connection request. After 3 weeks, your contacts with withdrawn invitations will go back to status "Not Connected", only then you will be able to re-invite these contacts.

  • Withdraw invitation: You can manually withdraw the invitation, or the system will do it automatically after 20 days of sending your connection request if it hasn't been accepted. Learn More here.

  • Import Emails by .CSV: if a contact doesn't have an email in their profile, you can add it by using a CSV file following the steps in this guide.
    NOTE: this option is only available in New Connections Email Type. This is not supported on New Connections Linkedin only, Groups and Events, InMails, or Existing Contacts campaign types.

How to apply these changes?

  1. Select the contact or contacts you want to apply an action to.

    A) If you want to select all contacts click on the drop down menu and click on "Select all in campaign"



    B) You can also select specific contacts by ticking them off



    C) You can Filter your contacts, for example by status, and select all contacts under the criteria searched.

    Example: if you want to withdraw invitations, filter by status equal invite sent. This will show all the contacts that the invites have been sent but not accepted, and you will be able to withdraw an invitation from the filtered contacts.

  2. Once the contacts are selected, click on the Actions button and select your action


    You should see a Success message if the action has been successfully completed.
