Overview
Sales Navigator allows you to view only 2500 leads per search, therefore, Salesflow will also only import the first 2500 results of any search to a campaign, no matter how many results it has. If you want to display and import all of the leads on a search list, you can do it by following the steps below:
Break down your search into different cities (as shown below). Make sure to save the search results each time.
Import the results one-by-one into Salesflow, which has no cap on the number of leads.
Note: You can also split the other filters across different lists, not just Geography, while keeping the other filters the same and this way getting the results that you would get in one, long list.
