Overview

We do recommend to have the Two-step verification turned off at all times.

Why we recommend to have Two-Step verification turned off?

Two-step verification requires a person to use more than one form of verification to access an account, usually by "knowing something" such as a password and by "having something" such as a mobile device. If you turn on the two-step verification, it will require an account password and a numeric code sent to your phone via SMS.

Since Salesflow will be accessing the account on the backend to send the invites and messages, having this option on every time the tool tries to perform these actions will generate this verification, which will be sent to your mobile phone. Our tool cannot and will not have access to that code, hence why it is required to have and keep the 2-way factor off so Salesflow can do what is intended to do.

Sometimes, having this feature enabled may cause the account to be disconnected.
