Overview

Another way you can add members is by importing a CSV file for highly targeted persons for your outreach strategy.

Please make sure the CSV file comply with the following criteria:

  • The URL must begin with HTTPS

  • You can import up to 1000 contacts

  • The file is saved as a CSV MS-DOS file

  • You must keep the header names as it is on the template, but the order of the rows is irrelevant

  • Only LinkedIn classic URLs are accepted, Sales Navigator URLs are not allowed.

  • Duplicates are not allowed across campaigns, please make sure your imported members don't belong to any other campaigns prior to import.

NOTE: You do not need to fill in all the rows, the file can be uploaded with just the LinkedIn public URL

How to import a CSV file

  1. Head over to the campaign you would like to import the file to

  2. Click the ADD CONTACTS button

  3. Click Import from .CSV

  4. You will be prompted to choose the file

  5. Once the file is uploaded, click on import

Contacts will be imported with a not verified status, which is completely normal. Once the campaign starts visiting the profiles, they will change from not verified to not connected.

Important to Note:

Duplicate data can be uploaded via CSV files, however, when being identified, Salesflow will not convert that contact from imported to not connected. We recommend checking if your file does not contain duplicates within the file or contacts that have been already uploaded in other campaigns.

Please note that you can't import 1st connections via CSV import, only new contacts can be imported.
