How to create an Email template

Overview

In this article, we'll walk you through the process of creating email templates, providing you with step-by-step instructions and useful tips along the way.

  1. ​Head over to your templates, click Emails and click on Create New

  2. Select the template type, and click Emails

  3. Give your Email template a name, this will only be visible to you and will help you identify the the template in case you want to use it in future campaigns.

  4. This field cannot be edited in the campaign setup process. If you would like to change the sender email you will need to create a new Email integration. Click here to know how to create an Email integration.

  5. Add an Email Subject, it's important to be concise and to capture the main point or action in a few words to grab the recipient's attention.

  6. Write your email body and customize it according to your needs.

  7. Once you are satisfied with your template, click Create

NOTE: Attachments are not supported. However, you can add an image to your email, to do this, you will need an image with a public URL:
