What are the workouts like? What fitness level do I need?

Daily sessions led by expert coaches - think functional fitness, strength, cardio, HIIT, and team challenges. Tough but scalable. Our coaches adapt every session so there's always an option for you, whether you're just getting into training or you've been at it for years.

What fitness level do I need?

If you work out 2-3 times a week, you'll be absolutely fine. Everything is scalable and our coaches are brilliant at adapting. That said, our escapes are active holidays - expect to move every day.

I'm very fit - will I be challenged?

Absolutely. We've had Hyrox competitors, ex-military, professional athletes, and gym owners on our trips - and they've all been pushed. The fitter you are, the harder it gets.

Are workouts compulsory?

Nothing is compulsory. You're on holiday. We strongly encourage you to join in (it's the best part!), but if you need a rest day, that's completely fine.

Is there yoga?

Yes - daily yoga and recovery sessions are included on every escape. Slow, restorative flows designed to complement the workouts. No experience or flexibility needed.

Are there ice baths?

Yes! We aim for 1-2 optional ice bath sessions per week. They're optional, but the group energy makes them unforgettable.
