The itinerary changes from Escape to Escape, as we curate all our trips to incorporate the best bits that each destination has to offer. You can find a detailed itinerary on your chosen destination’s page, but here’s a quick overview. Each week will have plenty of workouts (usually 2 workouts on offer per day, plus a yoga/Pilates/mobility session), 2-3 “adventure” activities (think: Boat Day, coastal hike, surfing, waterfalls etc), 1 dinner out at a local restaurant (depending on destination), and loads of chill time in between all that!
