Managers may need to find an archived employee to review past records such as contracts, documents or employment history, or in contemplation of returning to active status. Archived staff remain stored in SaucedIt even though they are no longer active, and they can be reactivated if they return to the business without going through the full sign-up process again. This guide explains how to search for and view an archived employee's profile and records.

Finding an Archived Employee
From the Dashboard, click on Employees in the left-hand column.
Toggle on Show Archived Employees.
Only former employees will now be displayed.
For more details, click on the relevant name.
This takes you to the former employee’s file.
Scroll to Previous Employments at the bottom of the page to view more details, including compliance documents.
