The support widget in SaucedIt is available from the desktop view and provides quick access to help resources. From the widget, employees can search the help centre, open step-by-step articles and lodge a support request if further assistance is needed. This makes it easy to find information without leaving the platform and ensures any requests for help are recorded. This guide explains how to access the support widget.

Accessing the Support Widget
In the bottom right of the window, click on the smiling ribbon icon.
To contact Support, click on Messages at the bottom of the pop-up window.
Here you can see previous messages with Support.
Tap into an existing message to continue that conversation, or click Send us a message to start a new one.
Enter your message in the text box. You can also upload relevant attachments here.
Click on the up arrow to send your message.
At the top left of the widget window, click the arrow to return to existing Support conversations.
To access support articles or tasks, click the Tasks button at the bottom right of the widget.
