How to Set Up a New Venue on Kiosk

Instructions to create a new location for employees to clock in and out on kiosk

Setting up a new venue on Kiosk allows employees at that location to clock in and out through a dedicated time and attendance portal. From the payroll and financial hub, kiosk venues can be created, configured and accessed using a unique web address. This helps ensure attendance records are captured accurately for each venue. This guide explains how to set up a new venue on Kiosk.

Setting Up a New Venue on Kiosk

  1. Click the cog in the top right.

  2. Select Payroll Entries.

  3. This opens SaucedIt’s payroll and financial hub.

  4. Hover over the people icon on the left-hand side.

  5. Select Import Self Setup Employees.

  6. Scroll to the Business Management section on the left.

  7. Click Time and Attendance.

  8. Select the green Add Kiosk button.

  9. Enter the venue details and choose the required settings.

  10. Click Save.

  11. The new kiosk venue is now created.

  12. To access the kiosk, copy the venue web address using the copy icon or launch it directly using the browser icon.
