Delivery delays can happen for a few reasons:
The driver may be completing other deliveries before yours
Traffic or route conditions may impact timing
What to do:
Contact the store to confirm your order status
The store can see if the driver is still en route
If the driver is still en route:
Your order is still on the way, please allow additional time
If the delivery has failed or been canceled:
The store can cancel the order so you can place a new one
Please note:
We are unable to send a new driver for an existing order. If there is an issue with your current delivery, you would need to place a new order.
