I Received the Wrong Item or Need a Refund

Wrong item, incorrect order, refund request, damaged item, order issue

If you received the wrong item or have an issue with your order, please contact the store you ordered from directly.

  • The store is responsible for reviewing and issuing refunds

  • If a refund is approved, you will need to place a new order for the correct item

  • Orders cannot be edited, replaced, or resent once a driver is assigned
