Can My Order Be Replaced or Can a New Driver Be Sent?

No, orders cannot be replaced or reassigned to a new driver.

Once an order is placed and assigned:

  • A new driver cannot be dispatched for the same order

  • The order cannot be resent or replaced

If there is an issue, please contact the store to cancel and place a new order.
