📤 How to Export a CSV of Orders

Need to track sales, taxes, reconcile payouts, or dive into your order history? SauceyDirect makes it easy to export a full CSV of your orders with just a few clicks.


🧭 Steps to Export Your Order CSV

  1. Log into your Merchant Dashboard.

  2. From the left-hand menu, select Orders > Past Orders.

  3. Click on the calendar icon in the top right to set your Date Range.

  4. Once your date range is selected, click the “Export CSV” button.

  5. Your file will download automatically, named something like:

    SCD-XXXX_orders_MM-DD-YYYY_MM-DD-YYYY.csv

💡 Tip: You can open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet software for sorting, filtering, or reporting.


📋 What’s Included in the Order CSV?

The exported CSV contains detailed information for each order, including:

  • Order Number

  • Order Create Date & Time

  • Order Complete Date & Time

  • Fulfillment Type (Delivery or Pickup)

  • Order Status

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Email

  • Customer Phone

  • Delivery Address

  • Delivery Notes

  • Quantity of items in Order

  • Subtotal

  • Compliance Fee

  • Tax

  • Driver Tip

  • Customer Paid Delivery Fee

  • Total

  • Transaction Fee

  • Delivery Fee Charged by DSP (Actual Delivery Fee Cost)

  • Tip Amount Disbursed to DSP

  • Compliance Fee Paid by Retailer

  • Net Payout

Use this file to:

  • Track customer behavior
