Sales Reports in your SauceyDirect dashboard give you a clear snapshot of your store’s performance over any selected date range. Follow the steps below to generate one and see what insights you can uncover.


βœ… How to Generate Your Sales Report

  1. Log in to your Merchant Dashboard.

  2. Click on the Generate Sales Report button on the right side of the Dashboard.

    1. Use the calendar drop down to choose your Date Range.

    2. Toggle "Aggregate all locations" if you want to see all your locations in one report.

  3. View the results on-screen or click Download as PDF to save or print the report.

Pro Tip: Run reports weekly or monthly to monitor growth and catch trends early.


πŸ“„ What’s Included in the Sales Report?

Each Sales Report includes two pages with a breakdown of your orders, customer metrics, and top-selling products.

Page 1: Sales Overview

  • Sale Type – Delivery or Pickup

  • Orders & Items Sold – Number of transactions and items within the date range

  • Gross Sales – Total value before fees and tips

  • Fees & Withholding – Includes delivery, compliance, and tip-related fees

  • Retailer Subtotal – Your store’s total earnings before transaction fees

  • Transaction Fee – Typically the payment gateway fee

    • If you are connected with Green Payment Solutions, this will show $0. Transaction fees can be found in your BLVD Merchant Group portal, and are automatically deducted in your daily payouts.

  • Net Payout – Your final earnings after all fees

Additional Customer Metrics:

  • Average Order Value

  • New vs. Returning Customers

Fee Breakdown:

  • Compliance Fee

  • Delivery Fees (Paid to DSP)

  • Tips (Paid to DSP)

  • Payment Gateway Transaction Fee

    • If you are connected with Green Payment Solutions, this will show $0. Transaction fees can be found in your BLVD Merchant Group portal, and are automatically deducted in your daily payouts.


Page 2: Top Selling Items

This section lists your best-performing products by unit sales and sales. Each product includes:

  • Product Name

  • Units Sold

  • Total Sales Value

Use this section to make data-driven decisions about restocking, promotions, or featured items.
