Cancelling an active order

  • Pickup orders: Can be cancelled anytime.

  • Delivery orders: Can be cancelled until the driver picks up the order, or if the order fails (e.g., delivery attempt unsuccessful).

To cancel:

  1. Open the order from Orders > Active Orders or Past Orders.

  2. Click Cancel Order (bottom left).

  3. Select a cancellation reason.

  4. Press and hold "Confirm" for 3 seconds to finalize.

⚠️ Once a delivery is picked up, it cannot be cancelled unless it fails.
