πŸš€ Prepare for Onboarding

Updated over 8 months ago

You're on your way to going live with your own online storefront! Follow these important steps to help you prepare for onboarding and maximize your success.

1. Prepare & Send Your Product List [IMPORTANT!]

  • Option 1: POS Export - CSV format (no PDFs or images)

  • Option 2: Spreadsheet (Download Template)

  • Option 3: Provide a list of brands carried (minimum requirement)

Note: Stores that list a fuller selection tend to outperform on sales. Without a list of brands or products, you will only be able to add a limited number of products. Please reach out to your rep if you have questions.

2. Collect Emails to tell Customers when delivery is LIVE.

  • This is a great time to get the word out and collect emails to notify your customers when your storefront is live!

  • Feel free to use this printable list if you don't have another method.

3. Setup Your Yelp and Google Business Pages.

4. Getting Your Online Site Live.

  • If you DO have a website/domain (e.g. www.myshop.com) we can help you add a "Shop Now" or "Order Delivery" button to the site that links to the shopping experience.

  • If you DON'T have a site/domain, you can simply use your SauceyDirect URL.

    • It will be in this format: shop.sauceydirect.com/store-name.

  • If you DON'T have a site/domain but want one, we recommend purchasing one from www.Squarespace.com and picking a simple template that can link to your storefront.
