Send All Appointments
Avoid creating appointments for the year, sending a message for each appointment made and send one message with all appointments listed in one message.
From within any appointment, go to the pet's paw icon, and click send all upcoming to customer.
From the customer & pets list in the left menu, click on the client's line to view their profile, go to the appointment icon, then click send all upcoming appointments to customer.
