Creating New clients & Pets

How do I add a new pet?

In the appointment creation window, click the add new customer icon to create a new client and pet.

Appointment Creation Window

In the appointment creation window, you can click on the drop-down for the date and time pickers to adjust these as needed; they are auto-filled either for today's date and time if clicking + Create or with the date and time double-clicked within the calendar.

Then type the pet or customer's name to find the customer's profile, or click

+Add to add a new customer or new pet.

Adding Services

The next screen is where you can add or edit your services.

Savvy Pet will auto-fill with the last service booked for this pet.

You can then:

  1. Create, and no message is sent or

  2. Create & Confirm to send your automated confirmation template

Creating Recurring Appointments

When creating an appointment, click 'Doesn't Repeat' at the top of the appointment creation window

Repeat this Appointment Step 1

In this first screen, you can set

  1. The Repeat (how often an appointment is created)

  2. Day (this is set by the first appointment day)

  3. Starts (this is set by the first appointment date)

  4. Ends (when you would like the repeat to finish)

Repeat this Appointment Step 2

In this last screen, you can preview where the appointment has fallen in your diary by clicking each date. You can exclude an appointment from creation by unchecking it, and when ready, create the appointments listed by clicking Create Repeating Schedule.

Create Repeat Schedule

This will then take you back to the appointment creation window.

You can then:

  1. Create, and no message is sent or
