Adding Payments
With Savvy Pet, you can add payments connected to an appointment, and you can add stand-alone transactions for 'shop' or retail purchases.
Appointment Payments
In the appointment view, click the Payments Icon
You can view Mark as Paid, OR click the pencil icon to edit the services and products
Click the '+ Additional Charge' to add an additional charge fee to the invoice
Payment Types
Savvy Pet fully integrates with Savvy Pay, no double handling!
When a payment is initiated from Savvy Pet from a payment link, invoice or our card machines, it will automatically record the payment in the appointment for you.
If you are using another payment provider like Stripe or PayPal you can record payments manually within each appointment.
Stand-Alone Payments
These are payments not attached to an appointment for retail.
