With Savvy Pet, we have 3 different types of internal notes:

Appointment notes, Pet notes and Customer notes

Each can be used in slightly different ways to ensure the right information is at your fingertips when you need it.

Appointment notes are the perfect place to record what you have done that day and any additional information relevant to that appointment.

Pet Notes are the perfect place to record any additional details that don't regularly change regarding the pet, such as their winter and summer standard styles or grooming preferences.

Customer notes are the perfect place to record any information about the customer, if someone else usually drops the dog off.

Each style of note records the date, note, and you can upload images.

Appointment notes can be found when you click on the appointment to view the appointment information and scroll to the bottom to add your notes

You can also add multiple images

Pet notes can also be found within each appointment, and similarly, they can also be viewed in the customer's profile.
