You can pick up a mail item in person at your mailing address.
The following constraints must be met first:
You must have an active services w/approved documents (e.g., 1583)
You must visit on a weekday (M-F) between 10 am - 2 pm local time
You must show a valid photo ID and only be the primary account holder.
You cannot send another person in to pick up mail for your assigned address
The mail item has been processed and uploaded to your account (i.e., do not try and meet a delivery person at the office to retrieve items - they must first be entered into the account)
Here's what you should do:
Log in to our customer portal at https://app.savvynomad.io/
Look for a "Mail" tab in the portal
Select "Pick up in person" right to the item you want to pick up.
