To cancel your service, simply log into the portal, go to "Settings" and select "Cancel Subscription."

Keep in mind that, upon cancellation, your SavvyNomad residential address will be deactivated.

Mail scanning and forwarding will stop - any letters from the IRS, DMV/DPS, banks, or insurance providers won't reach you.
Missing IRS, DMV, or DPS notices can lead to penalties, fines, or compliance issues with your residency — whether in Florida or Texas.
Any mail still in your box will be shredded a few days after cancellation. We keep a short buffer in case a cancellation was made by mistake, but after that the items are destroyed and cannot be recovered.
Before you cancel, request anything you still need. Log into the portal and request a scan or a forward for any mail items you want to keep, so they are handled while your account is still active.
If you have the SavvyNomad or Domicile Premium plan, you can always choose to downgrade your plan as well so you can continue to receive essential mail items.
