Yes — if you already hold a Florida driver's license, you can usually renew it online through the MyDMV Portal, with no trip to Florida.

Renewing online
You can renew up to 18 months before your license expires, at https://mydmvportal.flhsmv.gov/. Florida charges a $2.00 online processing fee on top of the renewal fee.
The rule that matters most for our customers: online renewal alternates with an in-person visit. If you renewed online last time, this renewal has to be done in person. Because your original Florida license was issued in person at a tax collector's office, your first renewal can be done online — the one after that will need to be in person.
You also cannot renew online if:
Your license is not REAL ID compliant (the gold star) — you would need to visit an office.
You hold a commercial driver license (CDL) — Florida requires CDL renewals in person.
Your new card arrives by mail
Florida mails your new credential within 2–3 weeks, to the address on your license — your residential address. Because that is your residential address rather than your mailing address, please allow up to 10 business days after it arrives for the item to be processed and uploaded to your account. You can then have it forwarded to you wherever you are.
If you have to go in person
