When you log into the customer portal, you are given the option to log in via Google or email. You will not use a password to log into SavvyNomad. If you choose to log in via email, we will email you a six-digit code. This code is generated and sent by Auth0, which is a well-trusted authorization/authentication provider. You can find the status of Auth0 here. If all regions are operational and you are still experiencing issues, here are the most common troubleshooting techniques:
❌ The code says it’s invalid
When you request a new login code, it automatically cancels any previously sent codes. If you quickly request multiple codes, it’s easy to accidentally enter an old one. To avoid this, wait at least 5 minutes before requesting a new code, and then request only one.
📬 I’m not receiving the email
Double-check your spam or junk folders—sometimes the email gets filtered there. You can also try adding our email address to your contacts to prevent future filtering.
