Where to find your current plan

You can find your subscription in the top right Person Icon > My Subscriptions

How to update your subscription payment card

In the 'My Subscriptions' window click Change Card top right to update or change your card details for your subscription with Savvy Pet Spa

How to Cancel Your Subscription with Savvy

We request one month's notice to cancel a subscription with Savvy,

Get in touch either from inside your account:

  • The top right person icon

  • 'My Subscriptions' icon

  • Scroll to the bottom to click 'Request to Cancel'

  • We will then be in touch shortly

You may still receive an automated email about your upcoming renewal date. If you have received confirmation of your account closing, you can ignore the reminder. Or do please email us if you would like us to check this for you at hello@itsallsavvy.com
