Change of ownership
If you're planning to transfer ownership of your Savvy account to a new owner, here’s a quick guide to help make the transition smooth and secure:
Notify Savvy Support - Send an email to hello@itsallsavvy.com letting us know about the ownership change. Please include the current owner's and new owner's full names and email addresses.
Update Salon Information - Head to Cog Settings > Salon Info to update your business details to reflect the new owner's name and contact information.
Change Email & Access - Add the new owner as a user under Cog Settings > Users > User Info. Once access is confirmed, you can remove the previous owner to ensure secure management going forward.
Update Payment Details - Click the Person Icon (top right) > My Subscriptions > Change Card to update the billing information with the new owner's card details.
Update SavvyPay (If Used) - If you're using SavvyPay, go to Cog Settings > Payments > Payment Settings, disconnect the current payment method, and follow the steps to set up and verify the new owner’s payment details.
