Appointment Messages

In Savvy, when you make an appointment, there are one-click message buttons available to use for things like confirmed, ready for collection and complete messages. These are quick ways to communicate with your clients, delivering great service without taking up a lot of time.

Editing Appointment messages

You can create a customised appointment message to be sent when you manually update an appointment.

  1. Navigate to the Settings (cog icon) in your Savvy dashboard.

  2. Select Messaging.

  3. Click on Appointment Messages.

  4. Click on the line of text to edit each message or delete.

Once set, the personalised appointment messages will be sent whenever you click on update state for an appointment.

  • Conformation

  • Cancellation

  • Ready to Collect

  • Compleated

Each message held in the message state will attempt to be sent when clicked to update the appointment.
