Branding
Settings on the Branding tab affect what your users will see when they go to take and submit a headshot. The title, logo, background, and colors are all applied to the user interface. Make any changes here and click save in the top right corner. You can also preview your studio at any time.
Settings & Guidelines
On the Settings & Guideline tab, you can customize the instructions shown to your user, optionally add a disclaimer, and finally customize image settings like background removal, AI enhancement, and Framing.
Guidelines
Instructions for users to follow when posing for their photo.
Disclaimer
Optionally, show a disclaimer before a user proceeds with photo submissions.
Outline
How users are guided to frame themselves in the photo.
Remove Background
Automatically remove the background of submitted photos
Enhance with AI
Automatically enhance original photos using AI. Correction includes lighting, color, and upscaling when needed
Access & Review
Under Access and Review, you can customize settings around photo reviewing for you as an admin and overall Studio access. Alternate between auto accepting submissions or requiring reviews should you show the images to the user at the end and also is your Studio public.
Require Submission Review
All submissions for this studio must be accepted or rejected by an Admin.
Auto-Accept Submissions
All submissions for this Studio are automatically accepted.
Show Gallery
Display a gallery screen to contacts once their submission is accepted. This will show the final transformed image to your users.
Suggest Mobile Device
If the user is on a non-mobile device, show a message suggesting they use their phone. Mobile devices have better cameras and image quality is important for headshots.
Require Email Verification
Require contacts to verify their email address before submitting photos.
Access
Private - only users with an invitation can submit
Public - anyone with the Studio link can submit
Invite Reminders
Automatically send reminder emails to contacts who have been invited and have yet to submit.
Form Fields
Use form fields to collect information while someone is taking their photo. Adding a form field will show the user a new field for them to fill out while taking their headshot. It will then get saved to their contact information. Use this to collect information like employee Badge #, birthday, office, department, or branch.
Contact Attributes
Use custom attributes to validate contact information. For example, you may have a custom employee ID # that you want shown for every contact or you may wish to import and sort by an "Employee start date".
