Two methods of importing
Import a single headshot, which will receive full styling and AI-enhanced processing. This consumes a credit.
Bulk import a CSV, which does not consume credits and will not receive headshot styling or processing.
Single Headshot Upload, with processing
On the Headshots page, click Add Headshot in the upper right hand corner. Select Upload Headshot from the dropdown menu.
Follow the prompts to upload an image file and assign it to a Contact (or create a new Contact).
Bulk Importing Headshots- without processing
On the Contacts page, click Add Contacts in the upper right hand corner. Select, Bulk import from .CSV. Upload a properly formatted .csv file.
Bulk importing headshots requires images that are directly accessible at the provided URLs. They are not processed, will not receive image editing, and will not receive any future style updates.
Properly format your CSV file
You can download a sample CSV file to see the required format.
The required headers are first_name, last_name, email, phone_number, and photo_url.
